Food Safety & Quality Auditor

📍 Grantham, Lincolnshire

Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a Food Safety & Quality Auditor to join our Technical team. You'll help maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct internal food safety and quality audits.
  • Support customer, BRCGS, and regulatory audits.
  • Monitor product quality and factory standards.
  • Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
  • Complete traceability exercises and compliance checks.
  • Support HACCP, hygiene, and quality management systems.
  • Provide technical guidance to operational teams.

About You

  • Experience within food manufacturing, quality, or technical functions.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience auditing processes and driving improvements.
