Our team combines deep technical expertise with practical implementation support, delivering solutions that help customers reduce risk, improve performance, and strengthen food safety culture. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer value are at the heart of how we work.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our EMEA team. As a Food Safety Specialist, you will partner with food processors, OEMs, and Intralox account teams to assess challenges, drive improvements, and deliver world-class training programs. This role offers significant international exposure, opportunities to influence industry best practices, and a clear path for professional growth within a global organization.

What You Will Do

  • Assess sanitation and food safety programs at customer facilities and provide practical recommendations that improve food safety performance
  • Train food processors and equipment manufacturers on hygienic design principles and sanitation best practices
  • Deliver customer workshops and training programs that help organizations strengthen sanitation practices and hygienic design understanding
  • Partner with Intralox account teams to support customer strategies, business development initiatives, and capital projects
  • Troubleshoot food safety and sanitation challenges to help customers identify risks and implement effective solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term customer success and engagement
  • Support implementation of food safety recommendations to deliver measurable and sustainable improvements
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to align customer support activities and share expertise across regions
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and customer-focused service offerings
  • Represent CFS at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events to strengthen our presence within the food industry community

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related discipline
  • 8-10 years of experience in food safety, sanitation, quality, or food manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of sanitation concepts, HACCP, hygienic design, and food manufacturing principles
  • Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently while successfully collaborating across international teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Europe and internationally (up to 60%)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent English language skills and one additional (European) language
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Curiosity, ownership, flexibility, and a passion for knowledge sharing
