Job Description
Aramark, the catering and hospitality partner at the University of Winchester, is recruiting Casual Food Service Assistants to join our friendly and energetic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, gain valuable customer service experience, and be part of a team delivering great food and service to students, staff, and visitors across campus.

Job Responsibilities
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting food preparation and food displays
- Assisting with hospitality and event catering
- Operating tills and handling payments
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a great customer experience
Key Requirements:
- A positive attitude and friendly personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
- Previous catering or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
