Barista Opportunity at Nike Kings Cross

Baxterstorey is looking for a Barista to join the team at Nike Kings Cross.

Nike is an office building that offers a canteen and catering service to athletes, offering a space for those working to relax, refresh and chat.

Job Description

During your time at Nike, you will be interacting with staff members and providing a high standard of customer service and coffee making skills, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be expected to:

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages promptly by maintaining attention to detail
  • Ensure the bar's cleanliness
  • Monitor and restock items
  • Assist in weekly inventory levels
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Complete necessary food and health safety due diligence for the site

Qualifications

  • GCSE education or above
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic math skills for order processing
