Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (£23,211.38)
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (some weekends)
Shift times: Between 0630 - 2030
Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a General Service Assistant in their Defence sector to be a part of our integral team at RM Condor, Arbroath.
As a General Service Assistant, you will mainly work front-of-house. You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back-of-house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the Unit Manager on site.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.

What you’ll do:
- Serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to, and excellent customer service is always provided.
- Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas, both front and back of house.
- Operating the till and processing cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly. You will also be waiting tables and serving drinks behind the bar upselling products/sizes.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
- For this role you must be 18+
- Eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role
- Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.
