About the Role
Join Lactalis, the world's leading dairy company, and play a key role in delivering quality, innovation and customer excellence across our portfolio.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Food Technologist to manage technical customer accounts, support new product launches, maintain specifications and documentation, investigate customer complaints, and ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Food Science or related discipline
- HACCP and BRC knowledge and experience
- Experience with retailer or foodservice specification systems
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
