Food Service Assistant
Location: Equinor London 1
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Food Service Assistant to join our catering team. This is a customer-focused role supporting food service operations, food preparation, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and serve food and beverages.
- Assist with basic food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, and hospitality items.
- Set up, replenish, and maintain food service and hospitality areas.
- Operate tills and process payments where required.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, equipment, and workstations.
- Assist with deliveries, stock control, and food safety procedures.
- Support hospitality events and wider catering operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices is desirable.
