We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, delivering exceptional service across the Elementa Workspace portfolio in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, providing planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial office buildings. As a foot mobile engineer, you'll travel between sites throughout Central London, ensuring clients receive a first-class service and their facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.
The Role
As a Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and associated equipment.
- Completing reactive maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements.
- Conducting routine inspections, testing, and compliance checks.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports using digital systems.
- Building strong relationships with clients and occupants through excellent customer service.
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.

About You
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven experience working as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments.
- Holds City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Possesses a valid F-Gas certification.
- Has strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Is organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing workloads independently.
- Has a good understanding of health and safety requirements within FM environments.
