We are currently looking for a Foot Mobile HVAC Engineer who will Carry out air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical and system checks associated with maintaining a compliant environment in the relevant areas in accordance with current legislation
As The Foot Mobile HVAC Engineer, You Will
- Deliver fault diagnosis and rectification efficiently on HVAC systems to restore service within SLA response and resolution times.
- Carry out minor installations, replacement, and improvement work where required and undertake minor installations and project work as needed.
- Take ownership and oversight of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, including quotation preparation and submission, while working closely with the Helpdesk team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Ensure refrigerant handling and record keeping complies with F-Gas regulations.
- Accurately complete job sheets, reports, and maintenance records using mobile systems. Communicate effectively with clients, site contacts, and internal teams and escalate risks to SLA compliance immediately through Skanska helpdesk and management routes.

We Are Looking For
- Respond to reactive maintenance calls within agreed service level and maintain a strong focus on first-time fix and right-first-time delivery.
- To review documentation/reports and act as the facilitator for arranging works for clients and Helpdesk to ensure site compliance is upheld.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are strictly followed, proactively identifying and addressing any areas of concern.
- Provide hands-on operational support where necessary to maintain service continuity, uphold site performance, and meet client expectations.
