Job Title: Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - London
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is looking for a Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our London engineering team, supporting a varied portfolio of commercial and critical environment sites across the city. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Facilities Engineer who wants a role with variety, autonomy, career progression and exposure to high-profile client environments.
You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, minor works and compliance checks across electrical and building services systems. The role would suit someone with strong hands-on electrical maintenance experience, ideally within commercial offices, facilities management, data centres, critical environments or multi-site mobile maintenance.

What We’re Looking For
We are keen to speak with candidates who have worked as an Electrical Engineer, Mobile Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Facilities Maintenance Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer or Critical Services Engineer.

Essential
- Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work safely under pressure during reactive callouts.
- Ability to read technical drawings, follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Full UK driving licence or the ability to travel easily between London client sites.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Desirable — helpful but not a barrier to applying
- Understanding of a CDM process
- Experience of H & S procedures & requirements. COSHH, Working at Heights, Risk Assessment etc.
- Health & Safety Qualified i.e. IOSH and/or NEBOSH
- Testing and Inspection of Electrical systems
- Knowledge of emergency response/standby/call out activities and protocols
- Understand the monitoring of utilities and environmental programmes
- Be or have been an Authorised Person e.g. (AP15/12)
- Water hygiene L8
