EliteStar Football Limited is a sports coaching business that provides football teams and multisport activities to children of all abilities in Poole and Bournemouth. The organization focuses on creating inclusive, enjoyable, and development-focused sessions for young participants. Coaches bring a wide range of sporting expertise and experience, with several working in local junior and infant schools. EliteStar Football also delivers after-school football clubs and holiday camps.
Role Description
The coach will plan and deliver engaging football and multisport training sessions for children of varying ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Daily responsibilities include:

There is also the opportunity to take part in running our after-school clubs and Holiday camps. Additional duties may include session planning, equipment management, and contributing to new program development.
Qualifications
- Strong football-specific knowledge and practical experience in Football and Football Coaching is an advantage.
- Effective Communication abilities for working with children, families, and school staff.
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., FA or equivalent) and up-to-date child safeguarding training, however we also work with new coaches so we will like to hear from you.
- Experience working with children or in a school or club environment, with a commitment to inclusion and player welfare is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
