Forza Academy is a premium 1-to-1 football coaching academy in Maidenhead, based at Braywick Leisure Centre. We work with players from primary school age to late teens, delivering individual sessions built around each player's technical development.

We're expanding our coaching team and looking for a coach to join us fully from late September.

The role:

  • Deliver 1-to-1 sessions using our structured session plans
  • Track player progress and feed into monthly reports for parents
  • Build strong working relationships with players and their families
  • Work weekday after-school hours and weekends

What we're looking for:

  • FA Level 2 (UEFA C) or above, or working towards it
  • Enhanced DBS and current safeguarding and first aid certificates
  • Experience coaching young players individually or in small groups
  • Reliable, well-presented and comfortable communicating with parents
  • Own transport
  • Played to a good level personally

The details:

This is a self-employed contract role paid per session. Sessions are scheduled around your availability, and we provide all session content, equipment and branded coach kit.
