The organization has a strong track record, having helped over 70 young players of all genders earn opportunities with professional clubs. The academy is dedicated to high-quality, individualized training that unlocks each player’s potential and supports long-term growth. Role Description
The Football Coach role is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool. The coach will plan, deliver, and review high-intensity training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels, focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and mental development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Get help with your application

- Assessing player performance
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining clear communication with players and families about progress and goals
- Collaborating with other staff to design training curricula
- Preparing players for trials and competitions
- Ensuring sessions are safe, inclusive, and aligned with the academy’s philosophy
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Session administration
- Player evaluations
- Participation in outreach events or talent identification programs
Qualifications
- Strong technical and tactical expertise in Football with proven experience in Football Coaching.
- Demonstrated coaching skills, including player development, mentoring, and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with players, families, and colleagues.
- Experience designing and delivering structured training programs for youth or academy-level players.
- Recognized coaching certifications (e.g., FA or equivalent) and current safeguarding and first-aid training.
- Ability to create an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes confidence, discipline, and respect.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with training schedules and match commitments.
- Previous experience within an academy or talent development setting in the UK or Middle East is an advantage.
