Role Description
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Football Coaches to join Dingoes FC on a part-time basis. This is an on-site role delivering training sessions in South Kensington and Battersea Park, alongside coaching teams during Sunday home and away fixtures.
The successful candidates will deliver engaging sessions that develop players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, fitness, and teamwork. Coaches will play an active role in supporting player development and maintaining a positive, professional environment on and off the pitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions suited to players’ ages, abilities, and development needs.
- Lead warm-ups, technical drills, tactical exercises, and fitness activities.
- Prepare teams for matches and provide matchday coaching during Sunday fixtures.
- Monitor player progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Promote teamwork, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive training environment.
- Work closely with club staff to coordinate training and match preparation.
- Communicate professionally with players and, where applicable, parents or guardians.
- Organise training equipment and ensure sessions run efficiently and on time.

Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum Level 1 football coaching qualification or UEFA C qualification is required.
- Previous football coaching experience is essential, ideally at least 1–2 years.
- Experience planning and leading structured football training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of technical development, tactical principles, and match preparation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- The ability to motivate players and adapt coaching methods to different abilities.
- A reliable, punctual, and professional approach.
- A commitment to player welfare and a safe, respectful, and inclusive club culture.
- First aid and safeguarding training are desirable.
- Availability for the relevant training sessions and Sunday fixtures, including travel to home and away games.

Training Schedule and Locations
South Kensington, London
- Tuesday: 3:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 3:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 3:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 3:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
Battersea Park, London, SW11 4NJ
- Saturday: 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Sunday Fixtures
Availability is required for Sunday matches, including travel to home and away grounds. Match times and locations vary according to the fixture schedule.
Pay
£20–£30 per hour, depending on coaching qualifications and experience.
