Screamer Alliance Women’s Football Club is looking for passionate and reliable coaches to join our growing community.
About Us
Founded in 2023, we have welcomed over 200 players, grown to 80+ active members, and built a social media community of 3,000+ followers. Our mission is to make women’s football more accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for players of all backgrounds and experience levels.
Our Teams
We currently run:
- A beginner-friendly recreational team focused on learning, confidence, and enjoyment
- A development team for players with more experience who are looking to improve and compete

We Are Looking For Coaches Who:
- Have experience coaching women’s football or working with female players
- Are reliable, organised, and able to create a positive learning environment
- Understand and value women’s health, wellbeing, and injury prevention in sport
- Can deliver engaging and inclusive training sessions for players of varying abilities
Training Schedule
- Preferred Days: Saturdays and/or weekday evenings
- Availability: Flexible availability welcomed
- Recruitment: We are open to recruiting multiple coaches to share responsibilities and provide cover where needed

Pay
- £13–£25 per hour, depending on qualifications and coaching experience
