Titans FA is growing and we’re looking for ambitious, energetic Football Coaches to join our expanding team across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and London.

⚽ The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality football sessions to children of different ages and abilities — from complete beginners through to players looking to progress towards academy football.
You’ll:
- Deliver engaging, professional and high-energy football sessions.
- Follow the Titans coaching curriculum while bringing your own personality and creativity.
- Create a positive, inclusive and challenging environment for every player.
- Give players the attention and coaching they need to develop.
- Prepare pitches and equipment before sessions.
- Pack away equipment after sessions.
- Build positive relationships with players and parents.
- Represent Titans professionally both on and off the pitch.
- Take on additional responsibility as you progress.
There may also be opportunities to manage teams competing in competitive youth football.

You should be:

- 🧠 Reliable, organised and professional.
- 🏆 Ambitious and keen to progress.
- 🤝 A team player who wants to contribute to something bigger.
Essential
- FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (minimum).
- Experience coaching children or working with children in schools/other settings.
- Enhanced DBS check — we can support you with obtaining this.

A full driving licence and access to a car is preferred.
