Commitment: Part-time (Approx. 4 hours per week)
Duration: Immediate start through the end of the Summer Transfer Window 2027
Compensation: Unpaid Internship
About the Role
Join the Football Transfer Forum to help power the definitive guide to football recruitment leadership. As a Remote Intern, you will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and scaling our Who’s Who? Sporting Director PDFs. These industry-standard directories currently map the sporting directors, senior scouts, and recruitment heads across 16 major leagues and 11 countries in the UK and Europe. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the business side of global football and gain hands-on sports industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Database & Content Creation: Own the production of assigned league and country directories, building out comprehensive "Who’s Who?" profiles for Sporting Directors, Senior Scouting and Recruitment Staff, Loan Managers, and those with influence in football transfers.
- Market Intelligence & Monitoring: Track live industry movements, updates, and appointments to keep the PDFs accurate in real-time.
- Data Verification: Cross-check intelligence across multiple reliable industry sources to ensure flawless data integrity.
- Digital Promotion: Drive awareness of the directories by promoting the PDFs across social media networks and relevant industry channels.
What We Are Looking For
- A "Can-Do" Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their assigned leagues.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy when cross-checking data and researching football executives.
- Passion for Football Business: An interest in the inner workings of the transfer market and club hierarchies.
- Reliability: The ability to consistently commit roughly 4 hours per week around your existing schedule.
