Football Services Administrator
Location: Cobham Training Ground
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity
Join Chelsea FC's Academy at Cobham and play a key role in delivering a first-class experience for players, parents, staff and visitors. As Football Services Administrator, you'll provide front-of-house and administrative support across Academy operations, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming reception service.
- Manage visitor sign-ins in line with safeguarding and security requirements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including record keeping, communications, purchase orders and document management.
- Maintain accurate information across Academy systems, including Teamworks and Concur.
- Coordinate casual staff timesheets, expenses and administrative processes.
- Support Academy fixtures, matchday logistics, tours and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of Academy events and staff activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

About You
- Experienced in administration, operations or a customer-facing role.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using administrative systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Teamworks or Concur is desirable but not essential.
- Trustworthy, discreet and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and professional standards.
Additional Information
- Flexibility to work one evening per week and bi-weekly weekend activities.
- Occasional support for events and tours may be required.
