Role Description:
The Football Team Coach will design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with the academy’s long-term player development philosophy, focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and game understanding. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning session content
- Leading on-pitch activities
- Providing constructive individual feedback
- Monitoring player progress over time
The coach will work on helping players gain confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Requirements:
- Availability for 3 sessions per week, including weekends
- Minimum FA Level 1 coaching qualification
- At least 6 months of coaching experience
- A genuine interest in player development, not just results
- DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
Pay: £20 per session
Start date: From 1st September
Schedule:
- Stanmore: Tuesdays 6:30–8:00 pm · Fridays 5:30–7:00 pm
- Colindale Wednesdays 6:30–8:00 pm
