Description - Customer Success Manager (Automotive SaaS) - German Bilingual

Employment Details
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Hybrid Working
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00
- Salary: £34,540 per annum + company benefits
- Location: Dunton, Essex SS15 6EE
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our expanding team in Dunton and support our German-speaking customers. The role offers flexible working with minimal office attendance and occasional travel as required. As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive account management, product support, coaching, and training. You'll help customers maximize value from our client's automotive software solutions by driving product adoption, increasing engagement, reducing churn, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Drive product adoption and engagement across the customer base
- Provide coaching, product guidance, and training to customers
- Support account retention initiatives and help reduce customer churn
- Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support customer success
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks and opportunities
On a Typical Day You Will
- Engage with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Conduct customer reviews and provide recommendations on product usage
- Deliver onboarding sessions and training workshops
- Analyse customer engagement and usage trends
- Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Develop action plans to support customer retention and growth
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records
- Share customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvements
What You Will Bring To The Role

- Fluency in both German and English, written and verbal
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities
- Experience working with SaaS products or technology-based solutions
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer advocacy
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Automotive industry experience would be advantageous
