Forecasting Transformation Lead
Fixed-Term Contract | London Hybrid | Senior Transformation Leadership
A major UK organisation is embarking on a significant transformation of how forecasting is created, governed, and used across the business.
We are seeking an experienced Forecasting Transformation Lead to design and deliver a future-state forecasting operating model that connects commercial, operational and financial planning around a single source of truth.
This is a highly visible transformation role, offering the opportunity to influence executive stakeholders and shape how critical business decisions are made across a complex, high-volume operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end forecasting transformation programme from design through to implementation
- Create a future-state operating model covering people, process, technology, governance and data
- Establish a single governed forecasting approach across multiple business functions
- Define forecasting governance, controls, KPIs and decision-making structures
- Translate business requirements into practical technology and data solutions
- Align senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR and Technology
- Deliver sustainable change and ensure ownership is embedded into BAU teams

About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes
- Expertise in forecasting, demand planning, integrated business planning, operations planning or related disciplines
- Experience designing and implementing target operating models
- A strong understanding of governance, process design and performance management
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organisations
- A track record of delivering change in environments with multiple competing priorities
