Corporate FX Dealer

Location: Docklands, London

Package: Competitive + market-leading bonus scheme

The Client

A high-performing FX brokerage is seeking experienced Corporate FX Dealers with a proven ability to bill consistently and manage meaningful corporate FX flows. This role is ideal for candidates who have delivered strong, repeatable revenue performance in a corporate FX environment.

This position is not suitable for individuals trading small tickets with their own capital. The focus is on professional FX dealing, relationship management, and commercial growth. Utilising own book of clients is not necessarily an absolute if impossible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Directors, Managing Directors, and senior decision-makers across SME and mid-market clients.
  • Market Engagement & Execution:

    • Execute FX trades, manage client exposure, and drive increased wallet share using deep knowledge of FX markets and dealing channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
