Trainee FX Broker – £60k+ OTE Year 1 | £100k+ by Year 3 📍 City of London | 🌍 Regular Global Travel | Immediate Start
Looking to break into sales and earn serious money fast?
We’re hiring ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing FX brokerage. No prior experience needed, just the right attitude.
What’s on offer:
- £25k–£30k base salary + uncapped commission
- Realistic £60k+ earnings in year one
- £100k+ potential by year three
- Regular travel to trade shows and meetings - UK, US and EU
- Clear progression to Senior Broker within 12–18 months
- Immediate start available
The role:
- Speak directly with business owners across the UK & United States
- Build relationships and win new clients
- Close deals and generate revenue
- Work towards daily and weekly targets
- Earn commission from day one
