We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee a new residential development within the Mid Ulster area.
Role Overview
- Supervise and manage the project
- Oversee completion of the project, within budget and timeframe
- Supervise and manage trades to complete works to a high-quality finish

Key Competencies & Skills
- 5+ years experience
- Technical and practical knowledge of construction procedures
- Have a track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
