🔧 Senior Service Engineer / Workshop Supervisor / Foreman – Powered Access
📍 Worcestershire
We’re recruiting an experienced Powered Access Engineer who’s ready to take the next step into a senior, supervisory or workshop leadership position.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine your technical expertise with responsibility for supporting engineers, coordinating workshop activity and maintaining high standards across the fleet.
The role will include:
- Leading and supporting a team of engineers
- Diagnosing complex electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing powered access equipment
- Allocating workload and helping manage workshop priorities
- Supporting breakdowns and technical queries
- Ensuring equipment is inspected and ready for hire
- Maintaining strong health & safety and quality standards

We’re looking for:
- Strong experience working with powered access equipment
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Previous supervisory/foreman experience would be advantageous
- Alternatively, an experienced Senior Engineer ready to progress into management
- CAP/IPAF qualifications would be beneficial
- A practical, hands-on leadership style
