About the Role
About the role
Bluelink needs hands-on Foremen (four-man / gang leaders) who can organise labour, keep quality high and communicate clearly with Site Managers and trades.
What you will do
- Lead a small gang / multi-trade crew day to day
- Allocate tasks, check workmanship and keep the programme moving
- Enforce PPE, RAMS and safe systems of work
- Coordinate deliveries, plant and materials on the plot
- Raise issues early to the Site Manager with clear solutions
- Mentor apprentices and less experienced operatives

What we're looking for
- Demonstrable experience leading a gang or acting as chargehand / foreman
- Trade background (carpentry, finishing, groundworks or multi-trade)
- CSCS card; SSSTS desirable
- Strong communication and calm problem-solving under pressure
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Fluent English for toolbox talks and client-facing moments on site
