Foreman / Site Manager - Construction

Location: Greater Belfast (with potential ROI projects)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Foreman / Site Manager to lead on-site operations and deliver construction projects to the highest standards. This role is central to ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications, while maintaining strong coordination between site teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows
  • Interpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Monitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Track project progress, maintain accurate site records, and provide regular updates to project managers
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and properly maintained

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role within construction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Relevant certifications in site safety or construction management

What's on Offer

  • Competitive Salary (based on experience)

  • Standard working hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime
