Role Description
The Forensic Accountant will work on-site in London in a full-time capacity, supporting investigations and complex financial reviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Performing forensic analysis of financial records
- Reviewing financial statements
- Assisting with business valuation assignments
- Preparing clear, evidence-based reports
- Supporting litigation or dispute resolution cases
- Collaborating with legal and financial teams as needed

The role involves helping to identify irregularities, potential fraud, and compliance issues, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to professional standards. Regular client interaction and contribution to internal best practices are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in forensic accounting and forensic analysis, with experience applying these methods to investigations and dispute resolution.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial data and documentation.
- Experience working with financial statements, including preparation, review, and identification of inconsistencies or unusual patterns.
- Knowledge of business valuation techniques and the ability to support valuation engagements in a forensic context.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) and experience in audit, accounting, or financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
