Forensic Accountant - Manager / Senior Manager - Belfast (Hybrid)

This is a leading UK business advisory firm specialising in Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Forensics, Financial Advisory and Restructuring.   • Manage a portfolio of forensic accounting cases, mainly focused on personal injury claims, analysing financial information and calculating losses.
  • Prepare and review reports for legal proceedings, keeping on top of deadlines and multiple cases.
  • Work closely with Partners, clients and solicitors, while reviewing trainee work and providing guidance.
  • Take ownership of the day to day workload and help manage the growing volume of personal injury work across Northern Ireland.
  • Work with the wider UK team, with the opportunity to help grow the Belfast team and develop the personal injury offering.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

  • ACA qualified preferred, but open to ATI or QBE candidates with strong experience
  • Experience in forensic accounting, ideally with personal injury claims.
  • Manager or Senior Manager level, able to manage a portfolio independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and able to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience reviewing work and supporting or developing junior team members.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients, solicitors and senior colleagues.
  • Flexible and able to handle a growing workload as the portfolio expands.
