A leading forensic accounting and disputes practice is seeking an experienced Forensic Accounting Manager to join its growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in dispute advisory, litigation support, investigations, and expert witness assignments to work on high-profile and complex cases across a broad range of industries.

Your new role

Working closely with the firm's Partners and expert witnesses, you will manage a diverse portfolio of forensic assignments, supporting clients, legal teams, funders, and tribunals on complex accounting, financial, and valuation issues.

You will be involved in matters including:

  • Commercial litigation and arbitration.
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes.
  • Business and share valuations.
  • M&A and post-acquisition disputes.
  • Breach of contract and loss of profit claims.
  • Investment treaty and international arbitration matters.
  • Expert determinations and independent expert appointments.
  • Damages assessments and financial loss quantification.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong experience within forensic accounting, disputes, litigation support, or valuation services.
  • Experience quantifying financial losses and preparing evidence for contentious matters.
  • Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and investigative skills.
  • Strong report writing and communication abilities.
