Higgins Coatings is Australia's premier commercial painting contractor, providing complete painting maintenance service and solutions to a broad range of industries. Due to growth, we are seeking a Foreperson Painter to join our Tamworth team.
This is a full time permanent role. You will be on the tools and required to:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope, within budget, safely
- Coordinate employees and equipment/materials
- Supervise employees and apprentices
- Ensure work is completed safely – eg. conduct toolbox talks, update risk assessment and ensure correct PPE is worn

What You Need To Succeed
- Must be a trade qualified painter, ideally with commercial painting experience
- EWP licenses are desirable
- Experience in managing small painting teams
- A strong focus on safety, including using online safety systems
