Forest Hill School is a thriving and aspirational comprehensive school in south-east London, providing high-quality education to boys aged 11-16, with a successful joint Sixth Form provision with Sydenham School. We are a community that reflects the rich diversity of our local area and we are committed to helping every student achieve excellence.

A broad and ambitious curriculum is taught in modern facilities by dedicated staff who are passionate about their subjects, committed to high standards and focused on removing barriers to participation, progress and achievement.

We are looking to appoint an organised, professional and approachable SEND Administrator to support our SENDCO and inclusion team. You will coordinate the administration of SEND provision and education, health and care plan (EHCP) reviews, helping to keep records accurate, communications timely and agreed actions visible to the relevant staff.

Reporting to the SENDCO, you will be a key point of contact for parents, carers, students, staff and external professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to effective, inclusive support for students through careful administration, clear communication and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the SENDCO and inclusion team, including correspondence, calls, diary management, meeting arrangements, reports and accurate minutes where required.
  • Maintain a forward programme of EHCP annual and transition reviews, arrange meetings, collect views and reports, prepare review packs and alert the SENDCO to approaching deadlines or risks of delay.
  • Following SENDCO or designated leader approval, circulate agreed review records, submit documentation to the local authority within relevant timescales and track outstanding actions and responses.
  • Maintain accurate SEND records, the SEN register, provision information and school management information system entries under the SENDCO’s direction, checking data quality and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support admissions and transitions by requesting, receiving and securely transferring SEND records, and handle sensitive information in line with school procedures.
  • Coordinate administrative evidence and deadlines for examination access arrangements with the SENDCO and exams officer, and arrange approved examination support without determining eligibility or authorising arrangements.
  • Act as a courteous first point of contact, organise meetings and visits, improve templates and trackers, and provide proportionate cover for the wider administration team when directed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
