Forklift Driver
Location: Near Maldon, Essex - rural location, own transport required
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 10:00-18:00, Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join a busy Logistics and Distribution company based on the outskirts of Maldon, Essex. This is an excellent temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Please note: Due to the rural location of the site, applicants must have their own transport.

Duties Of The Forklift Driver
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance forklift
- Moving goods to designated storage and dispatch areas
- Wrapping and securing finished goods ready for dispatch
- Supporting with general warehouse duties as required
- Following all warehouse health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics distribution and supply chain environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good level of physical fitness and confidence with manual handling duties
- A reliable and positive approach to work
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to working safely
