Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Colchester.

This role would suit a motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business operating within a Food Production Sector.

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Receiving and dispatching goods
  • Conducting inbound and outbound goods inspections
  • Packing incoming stock away and rotating stock, including pallet handling
  • Reviewing orders to ensure accuracy
  • Maintaining warehouse health & safety procedures at all times, including housekeeping and equipment maintenance
  • Maintaining space efficiency within the warehouse

Candidate Requirements

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A valid counterbalance forklift license
  • Relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations
  • The ability to work independently
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
