Job Title
We are looking to recruit Forklift (Reach Truck) Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using Reach Trucks at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.
About the Role
We offer a permanent full-time position working Friday to Monday each week.
Shift Pattern
- Late shift (14:00-12:00)
- Night shift (20:00-06:00)
Pay, Working Hours & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rates:
- £15.07 per hour for day shifts.
- £17.59 per hour for afternoon, late, and night shifts.
- Guaranteed Hours: A minimum of 37.5 hours work per week for full-time positions.
- Overtime: Regularly available if you’re looking to earn a bit more.

Responsibilities
As one of our Reach Truck / FLT drivers you will:
- Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
- Keep accurate records.
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
Requirements
You will need:
- To have previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid in-date Reach Truck licence.
- To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- A friendly, positive, hard-working approach to work.
- Additional Experience: Although it is not essential, if you have experience of working in a warehouse environment or experience working with manual handling equipment then let us know about it in your application.
