About The Role
Pertemps North Midlands seeks an experienced Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) - Nights for a full-time position in Marchington, ST14 8, paying £16.85 per hour. Working Monday to Friday from 10:00pm to 6:00am, you will:
- Load and unload vehicles
- Inspect products for damage
- Rotate and stack stock
- Complete paperwork accurately
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
A valid Counterbalance licence from an external provider and prior driving experience are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and teamwork capability. Forklift Driver (Counterbalance)
Location: Marchington, ST14 8
Pay: £16.85 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am
Pertemps Burton is currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a market-leading distribution company based in Marchington.
Duties
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Checking products for damage
- Rotating and stacking stock within the warehouse
- Completing relevant paperwork accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence issued by an external training provider
- Previous counterbalance forklift driving experience is essential
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
Pay & Benefits
- £16.85 per hour
- Overtime paid at time and a half during the week (Based off base rate)
- Double time paid for Sunday shifts (Based off base rate)
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Immediate starts available
