About The Role
The Forklift Driver position in Ledbury offers temporary, full-time employment for six to eight weeks, paying between £13.00 and £13.50 per hour. Working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, this role requires a valid external Counterbalance or Reach forklift certificate. Responsibilities include:
- Operating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT safely
- Receiving and checking supplier deliveries
- Picking, packing, and loading customer orders for dispatch
- Supporting stock control activities such as stock counts

⭐ Your Duties
- Operating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT safely and efficiently
- Receiving, checking and storing supplier deliveries
- Picking, packing and loading customer orders for dispatch
- Supporting stock control activities, including stock counts and inventory checks
- Replenishing production areas and maximising warehouse space
- Ensuring stock is clearly identified and stored correctly
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and yard
- Complying with all Health & Safety and quality procedures
🚜 Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance or Reach Forklift certificate (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse management systems, ERP software, or barcode scanners advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team
- Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
