Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) - Immediate Start
Location: Leiston, Suffolk
Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent position following a successful 3-month temporary trial period
We're currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver with a valid Counterbalance licence to join a well-established business in Leiston.

- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Processing goods inwards and outwards
- Picking and packing parts accurately
- Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory records
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Transporting materials throughout the warehouse and site
- Collecting parts and materials from local suppliers using company vehicles
- Conducting regular stock checks and supporting stores operations
What We're Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Full UK driving licence (or provisional licence with the relevant entitlement)
- Previous Milling, warehouse or stores experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
