Forklift Driver – Ipswich - Sproughton
Are you a qualified Forklift Driver looking for a stable, full-time role with guaranteed hours?
At GXO, we’re recruiting a Forklift Driver to join our La Doria team, working from our site in Ipswich - Sproughton.
This is a permanent, full-time position, with a rotating shift pattern (Monday to Friday + every 4th Saturday). Shift times are:
- Mornings (06:00–14:30)
- Middle shift (14:00–22:30)

What You’ll Do
- Loading/unloading of vehicles using a counterbalance forklift
- Handling containers and customer deliveries, ensuring safe and accurate reception
- Repacking and consolidating items to support the rework team
- Proactively managing health and safety, minimizing risks, hazards, and incidents
Requirements
- Essential:
- Previous experience driving a counterbalance forklift
- Highly preferred:
- Hold a counterbalance license
- Nice to have:
- Work experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
