Forklift Driver - Winsford
Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Winsford
Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 15:00 (42.5 hours paid per week)
About the Role
At 3PL Resources, our FLT Operatives are pivotal to the daily logistics operation. You will be driving the flow of pallets through the building, managing both inbound stock and outbound despatches. This is a dynamic role where your time will be split between operating trucks in specialized layouts and supporting the wider floor team to keep the warehouse moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- FLT Operation: Safely operate FLT trucks to put away stock and retrieve pallets for despatch within Very Narrow Aisles (VNA).
- Order Picking: Accurately pick full pallets, as well as occasional carton picking from height ("picking from the air").
- Inventory Control: Use hand-held RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to perform stock checks, read labels, and update the warehouse management system in real time.
- Safety & Maintenance: Conduct routine pre-inspections on equipment and strictly follow workplace health and safety rules.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment by sweeping aisles, removing shrink wrap, clearing the yard, and removing obstructions.
- Team Support: Assist the management team with daily operations, which will include leaving the truck to undertake manual handling and warehouse floor duties.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Valid, accredited FLT licence with proven experience.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and tracking stock, and excellent organisational abilities.
- Attributes: Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable with an upbeat, energised attitude.
- Flexibility: A true team player who is physically fit and happy to adapt to a variety of tasks, whether on or off the truck.
