Role Overview We are seeking a diligent and skilled Forklift Driving Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipting of stock, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring the smooth movement of materials to and from printing and finishing machines in D1, D2, and D3 factory spaces. This role is crucial in maintaining showroom conditions within the warehouse and its yards and ensuring operational efficiency throughout warehouse operations.

- Receipting Stock:
- Accurately receive and log incoming stock.
- Ensure all documentation is precise and up-to-date.

Stock Control:
- Maintain correct stock levels.
- Perform regular stock takes.
- Update inventory records promptly.

Material Handling:
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
- Move materials between warehouse areas and D1, D2, D3 factory spaces.
- Transport materials to and from printing and finishing machines as needed to support production schedules.

Showroom Standards:
- Keep the warehouse and its yards in pristine showroom conditions.
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.

Operational Efficiency:
- Implement and follow efficient work processes.
- Maximise productivity and minimise waste.

General Conduct:
- Drive with full due care and attention at all times.
📊 Requirements & Skills
- Valid forklift licences: Reach and counterbalance forklift licences required.
- Prior experience: Proven time in a warehouse environment.
- Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of stock control processes.
- Attention to detail: Excellent accuracy in logging and tracking inventory.
- Teamwork & independence: Ability to collaborate and operate autonomously as needed.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Safety commitment: Focus on maintaining a safe and organised workplace.
