Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support for equipment repair and maintenance, ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse systems. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, along with the ability to handle materials and operate forklifts safely. The Field Service Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform repairs on various machinery and equipment as required.
- Manage warehouse operations including load and unload activities, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
- Utilise the warehouse management system for tracking inventory and managing shipments.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and handling of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organised and efficient work environment.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks as necessary, ensuring safe practices are followed at all times.

Skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems to streamline operations effectively.
