Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a safety-conscious and reliable Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, inventory handling, goods movement, and material distribution for our hospitality business in London. The successful candidate will operate forklift trucks to load, unload, lift, move, stack, and store goods safely while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in forklift operation, warehouse management, material handling, stock control, loading and unloading, pallet handling, and goods receiving. Experience handling food and beverage supplies, hotel equipment, cleaning materials, catering products, and other hospitality inventory is an advantage.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience as a Forklift Operator, Forklift Driver, Counterbalance Forklift Driver, Reach Truck Driver, Warehouse Forklift Operator, Materials Handler, or Warehouse Operative.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift trucks and other authorized material-handling equipment to move, lift, stack, load, and unload goods safely.
- Load and unload deliveries, pallets, cartons, equipment, and supplies from delivery vehicles, containers, and designated warehouse areas.
- Transport hospitality supplies, food and beverage products, cleaning materials, kitchen equipment, furniture, and other operational goods to assigned storage locations.
- Receive incoming goods and check quantities, packaging condition, product labels, and delivery documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Move and stack pallets, cartons, and materials in designated storage areas according to warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
- Assist warehouse staff with inventory control, stock counting, stock transfers, and the movement of materials between locations.
- Update stock movement records and use warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, or inventory software when required.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, Forklift Driver, Warehouse Forklift Operator, Reach Truck Driver, Counterbalance Forklift Driver, or Materials Handler is preferred.
- Valid and appropriate forklift training or certification for the equipment and workplace is required, in accordance with applicable UK requirements.
- Experience operating counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, or other relevant material-handling equipment is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics facility, food and beverage operation, hotel, or hospitality supply environment is preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, goods receiving, loading and unloading, pallet handling, storage, and dispatch procedures.
