We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry, this is a great time to join us as we continue to grow our team.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team at Newbridge. Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Stock Movement: Operate reach or Flexi forklift trucks safely to move pallets, put away inbound stock into designated bin locations, and replenish forward pick faces from bulk storage.
  • Store Replenishment Support: Move stock in line with replenishment cycles and picking priorities to ensure stock is available ahead of order generation, working closely with picking teams to minimise delays.
  • Goods In & Putaway: Safely and efficiently unload supplier deliveries, check stock against documentation, report discrepancies, and prioritise immediate putaway.
  • Goods Out & Loading: Load outbound vehicles in line with store delivery schedules, ensuring pallets are staged correctly based on route sequencing.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain 100% stock location accuracy, support cycle counts, and immediately escalate issues such as misplaced stock, damaged goods, or system discrepancies.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct daily pre-use forklift checks, report faults immediately, and adhere strictly to safe working practices at height and around warehouse pedestrians.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
