You have spent years helping other people grow. Now you may be thinking about what growth could look like for you. Many experienced teachers reach a point where they still value communication, learning and making a difference, but want more flexibility, greater ownership and a different professional direction beyond the classroom.

StanMindsetMomentum operates in the personal development sector, connecting individuals with established online learning programs and live virtual events focused on personal and professional growth.

We are looking for experienced professionals who can bring strong communication skills, initiative and maturity into a more independent, results-focused environment.

This is a remote independent contractor role with remuneration linked to defined performance outcomes. This is not a salaried or hourly position.

Why teaching experience can transfer well

Teaching develops skills that are valuable well beyond education. You already know how to:

  • Build trust and rapport
  • Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully
  • Explain ideas clearly
  • Manage different personalities
  • Stay organised when priorities compete
  • Guide conversations towards a clear next step
  • Work independently and take responsibility

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
