Trackside Hospitality Manager – Formula 1

International Travel | Full-Time | Up to £60,000 + Per Diems

Lead world-class hospitality at the pinnacle of motorsport.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading Formula 1 hospitality operation, delivering premium guest experiences across the international race calendar.

As Trackside Hospitality Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of luxury, high end hospitality experiences across the full race calendar. Working in one of the world's most prestigious sporting environments, you will lead a high-performing team, build strong relationships with VIP guests and key stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in creating outstanding experiences at every Grand Prix.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced hospitality or events professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys extensive international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of premium hospitality programmes across the Formula 1 calendar.
  • Lead, motivate and develop trackside hospitality team.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and operational excellence throughout each event.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, logistics and operations teams to deliver seamless event execution.
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoicing with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee the international installation and breakdown of hospitality facilities.
  • Deliver post-event reporting and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

You will have a proven track record within luxury hospitality, premium events or elite sporting environments, together with outstanding leadership and organisational skills.

You Will Also Demonstrate

  • Experience managing high-profile hospitality or event operations.
  • The ability to lead teams in demanding, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the Formula 1 season.

Previous Formula 1 or elite sporting event experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
