Our Company

Highall Developments Ltd is a rapidly growing privately owned development company specialising predominantly in residential development. We operate across the Northwest and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality homes across a diverse portfolio of projects. Our live and pipeline developments include a variety of market, contract and affordable housing schemes ranging in value from £2m - £10m.

The Role

Highall Developments Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Truck Driver / General Labourer to work on one of our construction sites in the North West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift truck, including unloading deliveries and moving and distributing materials around site.

Please note: this is not a forklift-only position. When forklift duties are not required, you will be expected to assist with general labouring duties and support the wider site team.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable and willing to get involved with the day-to-day requirements of a busy construction site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
