About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
The Value Activation Consultant / Senior Consultant sits at the intersection of customer engagement and platform innovation, based in London. This role owns the roadmap and feature lifecycle for scalable Agentforce process "Blueprints," partnering with customer-facing teams, AI agents, engineering, and design to turn manual, fragmented workflows into automated solutions that drive measurable customer value.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Own the roadmap and feature lifecycle for process blueprints and automation solutions, identifying operational inefficiencies and automation opportunities across customer and internal workflows.
- Partner with customer-facing team leaders to map requirements, then build and iterate solution blueprints and workflow automations using current platform features and AI prompting tools.
- Translate strategic goals and customer requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical acceptance criteria, managing the backlog and sprint priorities using Agile methodologies.
- Leverage AI tools throughout the blueprint lifecycle — from synthesizing customer feedback at scale to rapid prototyping and solution validation with engineering and design — while conducting user interviews and acting as the voice of the customer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
