Creative Lead Role

You'll be Luma's creative lead on the ground with major brands and agencies, turning what our models can do into production workflows they actually use. Sitting between the technology and the craft, you'll shape how top creators work with generative video, and produce high-craft work in Dream Machine yourself as the proof.

This is the first Forward Deployed Creative role in the region, so you'll be defining how partner engagement works here rather than following a set playbook. It fits a senior creative who's comfortable shaping the approach as they go and consulting directly with senior partners. If you'd rather execute an established process, this isn't the fit.

What You'll Own

  • Partner directly with leading brands and creative agencies as their creative and strategic guide to generative AI.
  • Architect and prototype AI-accelerated production workflows that help partners move faster and raise their storytelling.
  • Create hands-on, high-craft content in Dream Machine that sets the bar and becomes inspirational case studies.
  • Consult with partner leadership, translating technical capability into concrete creative and business opportunities.
  • Work as an on-the-ground extension of Product, Partnership, and Sales, bringing real-world insight back into the roadmap.
  • Set the tone and the playbook for how the Forward Deployed Creative function engages partners in the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
