About Us

At Hiya, we’re revolutionizing voice communication to make it more secure and productive. Our mission is to protect against spam and fraud, connect businesses with customers, and secure global telecommunications.

Since 2015, we introduced the first mobile caller ID and spam-blocking apps. In 2016, we partnered with Samsung and AT&T to launch Hiya Protect, the first network-based spam-blocking solution. By 2019, we introduced Hiya Connect, a branded call SaaS platform that helps businesses reach customers via phone.

Our Voice Intelligence Platform powers over 500 million users worldwide. Leveraging adaptive AI and audio intelligence, it delivers smarter, safer, and more productive voice interactions. Our partners include British Telecom, EE, Virgin Media O2, Ericsson, Rogers, Bell Canada, MasMovil, Telenor, HP, and KPMG, among others.

About the Position

This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role ideal for someone excelling at the intersection of engineering and execution. You’ll serve as the primary technical point of contact for Hiya’s telecommunications partners across Europe, collaborating on integrating spam protection and voice intelligence services.

Responsibilities span:

  • Discovery and design. Work with Business Development, Engineering, and Product teams during pre- and post-sales.
  • Technical execution. Contribute directly to implementation, launch, and ongoing production support—unlike traditional Solution Architect roles.
  • Troubleshooting. Investigate issues, work with stakeholders, and resolve integrations in real time.

This role requires managing ambiguity, driving customer engagements, and achieving technical and operational success end-to-end. ingeer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar roles? You’ll thrive here—problem-solving and being proactive are key.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
